Don't know
Sometimes life does seem meaningless, to many it is just a journey, an aimless journey down a wandering path that only leads to eventual death. You come into the world with nothing and you leave with none too. All that you leave behind are footsteps and memories, kept deep down in the hearts of grieving love ones only to be forgotten when they too are gone. To some however, life does lead to eventual death, but through it you not only leave footsteps and memories, but legacies and inventions for the greater good of Mankind, your descendants. That itself makes life worthwhile, it makes you to be a legend, a legend to be created through your hard work and suffering, sweat and blood. But what for? With the pushing onto greater heights for Man, it most likely will lead to eventual annihilation. Take Edison for an example, the self-called peaceful man was the chosen one to call for the Atomic Bomb, which then leads to the Nuclear Bomb, and when Man uses it on one another, what does that lead to? The final extinction of the existence of Man, with that we not only bring ourselves to our deathbed but we bring along the innocent Nature through no fault of theirs. We bring down our beautiful Earth, already in pain due to our inhumanity…
Just felt like writing this, kind of those 'xin xue lai chao' type of stuff. Wrote it for no reason. The whole thing juts strolled into my mind. Anyway, was just wondering about the existence of life and the whole Edison thing has got no flaming, I totally respect the great inventor, scientist, the list goes on... Went to school for 6 straight days, tired but I have no problem with it. Better than staying at home and rotting, nothing to do nowadays, life seems so... boring! Wish I could start guitar lessons soon. Most likely not, knowing my family nad myself, the thing is going to 'tuo' until probably next year. Nothing much to blog, just real bored. And for the class chalet, nothing is being done, so if nobody does anything, I'll take action in two weeks time. Nobody cares about the whole jobs-being-divided-so-everybody-gets-a-chance-to-play-a-part-in-organising-the-chalet thing. No offence Ms. Foo but nobody is doing their jobs. Come to think of it, everybody has become more sensitive on their blogs now after the blogging incident (you know what I'm talking about) in Singapore. Bloggers that have blog posts that seem like a flammatory comment will put the "no offence" sign up to make sure their safe, especially when they come to teachers or people of higher authority (I'm no exception, for an example, read the above comment on the jobs-being-divided-so-everybody-gets-a-chance-to-play-a-part-in-organising-the-chalet thing).
